  • With a five-year degree in business, you have at least three years of successful experience in prospecting as a Business Developer or Sales Representative in the field of software solutions in a B2B environment.
  • You are recognized as a true hunter! You have a real taste for prospecting and hunting for new clients.
  • You are independent, determined, and have the initiative to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Knowledge of the agri-food sector and the challenges associated with product data management is a real plus.

As a Business Developer at Keendoo, you will be responsible for acquiring new SME/mid-market accounts in the agri-food sector to expand our portfolio.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to defining the prospecting and business development strategy,
  • Prospecting new customers in the agri-food sector and managing the prospect portfolio,
  • Organize demonstrations of our PLM solutions and respond to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Develop the technical, functional, and implementation response with the help of pre-sales consultants and the deployment manager.
  • Draft sales proposals and negotiate terms of sale to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
  • Send the signed project to the project team,
  • Report on commercial activities to the Sales Director.

Our tool enables the centralization, management, and security of all product-related information throughout the product lifecycle, from design to marketing. We are the market leader and already work with some of the largest names in the agri-food industry. As part of our development, we are looking for a Business Developer to join our team and accelerate our growth.

Compensation package:

  • Company car (benefit in kind),
  • Work phone (benefit in kind),
  • First-year guarantee of €3,000 (to secure the remuneration of a prospector despite the length of the sales cycle),
  • Fixed: Between €35K and €42K depending on experience (3 years and 5 years),
  • Variable based on the signing of licenses contributing to ARR on 3-year renewable contracts. Between 0 and 100,000 -> 7% between 100,000 and 150,000 over the year -> 9%, >150,000 over the year -> 12% + bonus for exceeding targets €150,000 ->+ €7,000,
  • Uncapped variable
