The module Complaints and Non-conformities

The complaints and non-conformities module allows you to control the complaints and non-conformity management process: record, describe products and services, configure responses to complaints and analyse non-conformities. Thus formalised, these information is shared to implement the action plans in a collaborative manner. This module allows you to centralise and share history complaints and non-conformities on a product or service in a continuous improvement process.
