The food industry market is undergoing a lot of changes.

It has been said, many (not all) are aware of it: the market is changing. This change is probably only at its beginning, if we compare it with many other economic sectors. It is probably as profound as the one that reshaped the A.I.A. with the advent of the GMS. Some will benefit, others will suffer.

But to take advantage of these changes, we must first try to analyse the causes, and this will be the subject of the first "strategy aperitif", on 27 September at noon.

In the following, we will start thinking about how to surf on these changes, at different levels: organisation, culture, information systems, etc.

Each month, if some people wish, we plan to create a secure, confidential space for exchanges between LPN leaders, to further these reflections.
