Discussion between managers on the actors data products
of the food industries

[REPLAY] de l’apéro stratégie du vendredi 20 décembre 2019

Data products, who is concerned?

Apéro strategy #4

The data produced constitute the company's assets. But who is concerned?

Management information, but also packaging information, labelling information, statistics, project history, production, nutritional data, versions - all this information forms the company's assets.

Getting departments to work together, creating transparency and having up-to-date data is not easy but it is necessary. This was the subject of previous "Strategy Apéros".

If we are convinced of the need to put order in the data produced, who is concerned? What is everyone's role? How can we reach agreement? How and by whom does the success of a project depend? This is the theme of the "strategy aperitif" on 20 December at noon.

We can then continue the discussion if you wish.

See you soon, perhaps.
