What data? And how to move the company?

Is the market changing? Are these changes profound? Are they sustainable? The September aperitif concluded that they are.

Are companies structured to take advantage of these changes? Not really. Do we need to break down the silos? No, not break the silos, but make them communicate by developing the "pipes" between them. What should be passed through these pipes? Data. This is the conclusion of the October aperitif. (both of which are easily accessible in replay on the keendoo.com website).

What data, what information? And how can the company evolve in concrete terms? What is the 'backbone' that connects all the functions, all the departments, and what must we start with if we want to make it stronger? This is the subject of this 3rd strategy aperitif. 

Gradually, we will move towards very concrete and practical solutions to help agri-businesses face their new challenges.
