Context

Keendoo is a software editor specialized in the food industry and in strong development. We support food industry players in the management of their product data(PLM / PIM / MDM) and eco-responsible innovation (eco-design software), particularly around the measurement of the life cycle (LCA) of products.

We are actively seeking our future Customer Care Success (M/F) to join our customer team.

After a period of integration and training, you will optimize the user experience on the eco-design solution, from training to support, including follow-up points to maintain user skills.

Your objective: user satisfaction and proper use of the solution.

Your missions

• Be the main contact for the customer after the deployment of the software
• Take charge of customer requests and functional responses
• Retain customers on the solution
• Write and update internal and external user documentation
• Collaborate with internal departments to help our customers adopt product evolutions
• Be a driving force for improvements and communicate customer expectations to the appropriate internal teams

Your profile

With a background in food processing engineering, you have :

• a strong interest in IT and CSR
• excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to maintain customer relations

You are :

• patient and pedagogue: you know how to explain clearly, and several times if necessary, a solution or an incident to resolve the request.
• Curious and rigorous: you like to look into the details to find a solution and you are precise in your feedback or questions.
• Dynamic: you appreciate rich and fluid exchanges, you are motivated in the face of ambitious challenges.

• 22 people (agricultural engineers, computer engineers),
