JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the strengthening of our Customer Service team on our PLM/PIM/MDM (Product Lifecycle Management/Product information Management/Master Data Management) solutions, we are looking for a Software Support Coordinator (M/F).
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will act as a link between our functional and technical experts and will be involved in the following areas
- Software support
- Follow-up of customer relations
- Software quality
You will be trained in KEENDOO's solutions and customer environment. You will support the customer base in the proper use of the software and in resolving any problems encountered, in the "Food Product" business dimension. You will be in contact with our customers' reference users, key players in the food industry.
Your main tasks can be described as follows
- Receiving incoming support tickets and establishing a diagnosis
- Assistance in using the software
- Solving problems related to the adaptation of the Keendoo solution to the customer's context (specific screens and treatments)
- Exchange with the development team in dealing with bugs
- Communication with customers with one objective in mind: their satisfaction!
- Testing of new versions and bug fixes of the software
- Participation in software improvements by reporting problems to the Product Owner
PROFILE SOUGHT (M/F)
You have a 5 year degree and are looking to join a fast growing software company.
You are a computer scientist and are attracted by the functional side of the agri-food industry, and/or you come from the agri-food industry and have developed good technical skills in IT.
You are a good listener and a good contact person, and you have real professional experience (2 to 6 years), ideally in the food industry.
Motivated by a long-term professional involvement, you have a taste for the field, a sense of teamwork, contact, teaching and the desire to share values in the service of a team and clients. You are dynamic, rigorous and autonomous by nature, and are also recognised for your analytical, reporting and communication skills. You are interested in technical and functional matters.
Occasional travel is expected.
