JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of the strengthening of our Customer Service team on our PLM-MDM-PIM(Product Lifecycle Management/Master Data Management/Product information Management) solutions, we are looking for an experienced consultant.
Reporting to the department manager, each member of the team is involved in the following areas
- Project deployment
- Customer support and follow-up
- Pre-sales
- Product roadmap
- Software quality
You will be trained in KEENDOO solutions and integration methodologies. You will support the development of KEENDOO software and services, from design to delivery, on the "Food Product" business dimension. You will be in contact with our customers, key players in the food industry.
Your main tasks can be described as follows
- Participate in the success of client projects by carrying out the necessary work, including leading workshops with key users, drafting requirements expressions, parameterisation and implementing solutions,
- To provide a support service to the customer base,
- Prepare and carry out product demonstrations with prospects, partners and/or users,
- Supporting the sales force by arguing the offer and its choices to the customer,
- Testing new versions and bug fixes of the software,
- Translate a specification/expression of needs into a response file, and help the sales force to draw up commercial proposals,
- Participate in the construction of the software roadmap, by taking part in the writing of functional specifications and the validation cycle of our solutions,
- Collaborate with the marketing communication team to promote Keendoo solutions.
PROFILE SOUGHT (M/F)
You have a 5 year degree and are looking to join a fast growing software company.
You are from the food industry and/or you are interested in PLM-MDM-PIM solutions and/or you have a first experience as a consultant (1 to 3 years), ideally in the food industry.
You are also technically proficient, particularly in the use and advanced configuration of IT tools.
Motivated by a long-term professional involvement, you have a taste for the field, a sense of teamwork, contact, teaching and the desire to share values in the service of a team and clients. You are dynamic, rigorous and autonomous by nature, and are also recognised for your analytical, reporting and communication skills. You are interested in functional and technical aspects.
Your English is fluent and you can work in an international context.
Regular travel is expected.
