Multi-skilled assistant

Permanent contract, Nantes 

POSITION & TASKS

Reporting to the management and in coordination with the internal teams, the main tasks are twofold

  • ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT (approximately half-time)
    • Administrative management: physical and telephone reception, management of mail and supplies, assistance with travel arrangements,
    • Administrative assistance: in generating invoices, paying suppliers and dealing with the accounting firm,
    • HR assistance: Preparation of payroll data, payment of salaries, expense reports, leave monitoring.
  • MANAGEMENT CONTROL (the other half)
    • Management assistance: cash flow monitoring, management dashboards, management of forecasts with the sales team, operational staff and partners, forward-looking financial monitoring.

PROFILE

Proven experience in at least one similar position in a SME
Rigorous, pragmatic
Good interpersonal skills and a smile
Pro-active, resourceful
Confidentiality and discernment in communication, loyalty
Good command of office automation tools and English.

The position is a full-time permanent position
Based in Nantes, in the Chantrerie district (C6 terminus)
The salary is to be defined according to your profile and experience.
